Return & Exchange Policy

1. Any article purchased can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase from store or receipt received from courier.

2. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange or return.

3. Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present.

4. Cash refunds are not allowed.

5. Any exchange required after 30 days, will only be approved in special scenarios (such as wrong sizing, stains, damages etc.)

6. Jewelry will not be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

7. Articles bought online can be exchanged from shops. Articles bought from shops cannot be exchanged online.

For Online Only:

1. International Orders will not be exchanged

2. The company will bear the shipping charges for exchanged only if:

   1. The item was damaged

   2. Wrong item was delivered

Order Cancellation

Your order can be canceled at any time before the order has been processed. If the order has already been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Once the order has been dispatched, you will received a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking information.

BTW will have the authority to cancel the following orders:

• Item is out of stock

• Price Issue

• Credit Card payment not accepted by issuing financial institution
