We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product(s) purchased from Outlets or E-Store. Items purchased from our E-Store can also be exchange at our outlets or you can contact our customer service if you wish to exchange the product from E-Store.
BTW allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to the following conditions:
- The customer can exchange any product within a year (365 days) of purchase from store or receipt by courier.
- The item should be in its original condition and the price tag is intact. Original condition means the item has no emits, odours, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests that item was used or washed.
- The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item.
- If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
- We do not offer cash refund, instead a coupon of same value will be issued in exceptional cases to E-Store customers only. Which can be used to buy item(s) in future.
